Stennis Space Center (SSC) is committed to keeping all personnel working on-site as safe as possible. This workplace protocol is required by NASA employees and NASA contractors working at SSC and strongly encouraged for tenant organizations.
Significant changes to the SAW Protocol (Updated July 31, 2020)
- Changed “when public, when going back and forth between buildings on-site, when passing people in the hallway,” to “when in public and in common areas on-site”
- On COVID-19 Daily checklist, symptoms added:

- Muscle or body ache
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Fatigue
- Diarrhea
- On COVID-19 Daily checklist, changed time for close personal contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days from 6 minutes to 15 minutes.
